PHOENIX AND MESA, ARIZONA – Paul Kariniemi, co-owner of the Mesa insulation company Retrofoam, is ready to start working on prospective clients’ projects after completing the first Maricopa County Home and Garden Show of the year on Jan. 15.
Our foam roofing company attracted many customers from the Valley at the recent three day event held at the Arizona State Fair Grounds where special promotions and give-aways were offered.
“It was awesome,” says Kariniemi of his success at the home and garden show. “January is a nice month and we have been pleasantly surprised, and fortunate that our services are in demand.”
While our staff are already arranging to meet with prospective clients to give free in-home estimates that take from 30 to 90 minutes at their home or office, we encourage you to schedule your estimates and begin your renovation projects immediately, before the arrival of summer and to avoid a two-week turnaround.
The closer it gets to summer, the more calls we expect from people looking to cool their homes during the summer.
“It’s a great time of year to get this done because in the summertime everybody is calling,” Kariniemi says.
Phone estimates are not given, since in-person estimates are provided to determine the cost of the non-invasive, simple installation process that can be done in most types of buildings, and takes less than a day to install into the wall cavity.
The estimates depend on the volume of foam injected, total wall square footage, wall height and the overall repair work necessary when sealing the home or office walls with the non-toxic product, Kariniemi says.
From roof insulation to duct insulation, our company has even added spray foam insulation retrofits for attics to its renovation projects offered to customers. Attic insulation has become popular for clients since the spray foam product stabilizes the attic temperature, keeping it from going beyond 10 degrees above or below the temperature in the home.
Retrofoam customers enjoy energy efficiency by saving money on utility bills while increasing the comfort in their existing homes and offices during the year. The spray foam wall insulation keeps homes cool during the summer and warm in the winter.
