PHOENIX, ARIZONA – Phoenix spray foam insulation company, Retrofoam of Arizona, has added foam insulation retrofits for attics to home renovation projects, and they will feature this product at the upcoming Maricopa County Home and Garden Show.
The event is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Jan. 13 and 14, and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Jan. 15 at the Arizona State Fair Grounds, located at 1826 W. McDowell Road in Phoenix. Special prices, deals and give-aways will be offered, according to information provided at Maricopa County Home Shows.
The website gives helpful tips to make the shopping experience successful. Mmake a list of projects or products that you are interested in for home or garden concerns, determine where specific vendors who can help with those projects are located onsite, and talk to exhibitors about your project needs.
Retrofoam co-founder Paul Kariniemi, whose product is also used for sound proofing and wall insulation, says attic insulation will be just as popular for clients with renovation projects.
“We will be promoting spray foam attic retrofits at the show,” he says of the product that stabilizes attic temperature so it doesn’t go beyond 10 degrees above or below the temperature in the home.
Kariniemi says he looks forward to what the new year has to offer as more prospects learn about the benefits of the house insulation product that can help people save money on utility bills and get tax credit.
Customers who use Retrofoam have energy efficiency while increasing the comfort in their existing homes and offices throughout the year since the spray foam wall insulation keeps homes cool during the summer and warm in the winter. The installation is a simple process in most types of buildings, and takes less than a day to install into the wall cavity, Kariniemi says.
Prospective clients receive free estimates that take from 30 to 90 minutes at their home or office to determine the installation cost. Cost depends on the volume of foam injected, total wall square footage, wall height, and the overall repair work involved when sealing the home or office walls with the non-toxic product.
Since tax time is coming, the company will provide clients with a receipt and a manufacture’s statement at the time of final payment that can be given to your accountant to receive the energy tax credit.
